November 7, 2008: It’s official, y’all! The Fall 2008 issue of Whistling Shade is available now, at http://whistlingshade.com/0803/0803.html, and at coffee shops, bookstores, and libraries around the Twin Cities. Pick up a copy and check out “The Theater Machine”!

October 22, 2008: We have a release date for the new issue of Whistling Shade, which will contain the first-ever “Theater Machine” column, written by yours truly. October 28 is the date to watch for. The WS website will be undated around then, and paper copies should appear in libraries, bookstores, and coffee shops around the Twin Cities in the following week or so.

September 12, 2008: Mark your calendars, good people of the Twin Cities. I have three pieces in the upcoming issue of Do It Green! Minnesota. Said guide will be released at the Green Gifts Fair, November 15, 2008, from 10:00 until 5:00 at the Midtown Global Market, Lake Street and 10th Avenue in Minneapolis.

February 2, 2008: Another year of Theatre Unbound’s 24-Hour Play Project has come and gone with great success. “The Order of the Four Legs,” which I co-wrote with Ben Layne of Bad Attitude Productions was a blast to write and a treat to watch.

July 17th, 2007:  Check out the Upcoming Performances page for info on yet another Bye-Bye, Beirut-related escapade: an interview on Thursday, July 19th on KFAI’s “Fresh Fruit,” as part of their Queer Fringe Binge.

April 20, 2007: I’ve created a new page for all things Bye-Bye, Beirut.. Show dates and times, venue, ticket prices, and a bit more information on the show itself live there now. Information on any Fringe previews I might be taking part in would find its way there, too.

April 4, 2007: My Fringe Festival venue for 2007 will be the Playwrights’ Center. Start planning your route now! 

April 1, 2007: Best Date Ever: True Stories that Celebrate Lesbian Relationships (Alyson Books), which includes my essay “Uncommon Vintage,” is on bookshelves now. Pick up a copy today!

February 14, 2007: It’s official! My one-woman show, Bye-Bye Beirut, has a slot in the 2007 Minnesota Fringe Festival. Watch this space for tons more details as they arrive!

February 10, 2007: “A ‘Shroom of One’s Own,” co-written with Elissa Mautner, premiered tonight as part of the Theatre Unbound 24-Hour Play Project. Many thanks to Elissa, and to all the amazing people who make this event possible every year.

October 28th, 2006: We Don’t Need Another Wave: Dispatches from the Next Generation of Feminists (Seal Press), which contains, among other fabulous things, my essay “‘We Do’ - On Our Terms” has hit the bookshelves! Go forth and read deeply.
